I'll go with 2:30 pm May 29th 2013 as a first guess.

For a second guess I will try May 31st 9:30 am.
 
My wife gave birth to our son Dynlan yesterday morning.  He was 8lb. 2 oz. and 20" long and both mother and baby are in good health and doing well.  If everything looks good they'll all be home on Friday.
 
Dylan was born May 29 at 4:21am so the winner is The Don!
