Hey all, just a little Bevs & Burns USA Intro!

Nice case. Are there tubes on the right side to separate the sticks and prevent crushing? I am not questioning a free giveaway, just asking in case someone wants to buy

Well, I received my order today, and have to say I’m quite disappointed. I ordered the “Taste First Pack” so I could get in on the “CigarPass Member Special”. I received 6 loose cigars in a bag with no humidification. No additional Pack, I assume no entry into drawing, and no little surprise.

It’s not the end of the world, but it definitely did not make a good first impression.

I'd reply to the email order confirmation and let them know what happened. There was a mistake with my order and Todd, the owner, was very apologetic and is sending a second shipment to fix the mistake. He responded pretty quickly as well.
