Well Mr. Hillbilly Steaks nice way to make a splash on this board! First you go behind my back and in a devious way you get my address. Then you send me this box that doesn't even have cigars in it. What do you have to say for yourself there Mr. HS?

Well the box did contain a rack a ribs that I will have tonight! Thank you Erick for the kind gift. Remember no good deed goes unpunished so watch your back as I have a long arm!

Now for the rat bastid that gave my address out, I will find you and I'm going punish you like you've never been punished before!

Thanks again Erick!

hey tone-ny, i'd be interested in a review of that rack my friend, let us all know!

Nobody wants to hear about his personal life, Sheesh.

Sack as you know I don't need a bra just yet I'm only 50 maybe when I get to 60, LOL I will give a review of the ribs after I have them tonight.

Well Hillbilly Steaks, the little lady and I shared your most generous gift. The ribs and the rub you use on them were outstanding. Just the right amount of kick for my taste! Again, thank you for your generousity.

By the the way I haven't forgotten I owe someone for outing my address ;)

Nice going Hillbilly. As an aspiring smoker (in a BBQ sense) may I ask whether you put mustard before you dryrub? Also, I have a lot of downed oak and other trees in neighbors yard, can you use them to smoke? I've smoked ribs and brisket with hickory chips that are store bought.

10-4! I do in fact use mustard on the ribs before I dry rub them. I like to put a good amount too. I think it really adds to the flavor when you can taste a bit of it along with the rub. Oak is my favorite wood to use, especially Red Oak. The white oak is really good to generate the coals. But red for flavor.

My friends and I just got together last week and did a little Smoke and Smoke (meat and cigars). Always have loved good BBQ. Might have to give your stuff a try Hillbilly :)
