Interesting, Swissy, are those indoor unites? I ask becauase they look like they have them sitting inside.

Man, the reason I baught the cheapo was becuase I'm not sure how often I would use it. But, after attempting to maintain a consistent temp, and drying out my boneless rib rack... Im more prone to use it less often!

Going to have to put some thought into this. I've also heard those webber units are nice. Something with an electric smoker that doesn't appeal to me, maybe the same reason why I refuse to use a gas grille.

These are not indoor models- unless you like a LOT of smoke in the house!!
The Bradley will maintain a constant temp with no troubles- without any assistance from me. once I get the temp set I can walk away and forget about it for awhile. I used to have to check on it every 20 minutes or so. That's why I bought this one!

and it may not be wood 'fired' but it puts out a TON of smoke,in any flavor you want...

'course it's not in the same league as what HillyBilly has! :cool:
