Hi all, I finished up a batch of Limoncello last night. It's good however, since I've never had any prior I'm unsure if mine tastes how it should. Should it be very sweet with a hint of lemon and a lot of alcohol? or should it be more tart with a lot of alcohol?

The limoncellos I've had have all been pretty sweet with just a hint of tartness.

Definitely...the filtered juice from all the grapefruits is added at the end before sweetening the batch.

We’re at the herf now (3am) and just killed a bottle...the guys liked it.
