Here are some of my faves:

* Gringo Bandito ->Link< < - really nice chipotle sauce but not too hot.
* Brother Bru Bru >Link< <- My absolute favorite sauce.. originated in Venice, CA and tastes like nothing else.
* Blair's Habanero Mango >Link< <- Really nice balance of fruit and heat.. goes great on eggs!
* Kalahari Peri Peri Sauce (Mild) >Link< <- Extremely unique.. I like the mild a lot better.. the heat in the hot version dilutes the unique taste of this great sauce..

Let me tell you... . my wife absolutely LOVES that I take up at least one fridge door shelf with all my sauces.

So many great hot sauces out there.. how can you not collect 'em?

When I eat at Chipotle, I absolutely have to get a cup of the chipotle-flavored Tabasco sauce to drizzle on my burrito. Yum!

And call me crazy, but there aren't nothing better on a slice of pizza than a great big dash of Louisiana-style cayenne pepper hot sauce! The cheaper and more generic, the better! Damn, I'm getting hungry already...
