How I spent my day

Inside the flight deck of a C-17 Globemaster at 25,000 feet above the Arizona desert on preapproach to a KC-135R Stratotanker for aerial refueling.

This first one was taken with my cell phone camera so I apologize for the poor quality

I have a ton of additional photos taken with a 12mp camera but all are in high resolution RAW format and need to be converted. I'll post the rest later.

For some silly reason they were not open to me smoking on the plane when there is 5,000 lbs of fuel per minute being pumped on-board.

Sorry, there was no major fecal catastrophe today. I did have to urinate at one time during the flight but there is a lavatory on-board so it was an easy elimination.
