The wife had to work... Just me and my daughter here today.

I'm on call so my guys can take the day off.

Off today, but on call.
And wouldn't you know, just got paged. I was able to put them off until noon.
They need a batch print job re-routed because of a jammed printer. Left a message for the group responsible for that program, but they aren't in today either. They are supposed to check the messages, so we will see.
I have call the end user back around noon to see if I have to go in.

Working today and worked yesterday. Hospitals don't close for holidays. 
Ah, but holiday pay plus 8 hours, plus a banked day off.....there are compensations. Oh, and the same thing today. :thumbs:

Sam had to work today..from like 4am til 10 tonight...gotta love the day after Thanksgiving sales. I on the other hand am off like a prom dress and sorta just bumming around, annoying Sam today.
I sense a little karoake in my future tonight perhaps...last night i did an outstanding rendition of Sweet Child of Mine by GnR...go me, go me...

I don't have life as good as CC, but I've been off since Tuesday night. I'm starting to like this 4 - 10 schedule with holidays!!
Course, there is something to be said for the guys that work 8 - 24's per month!
