Approximately a month ago I decided to sit by la Seine with a book and took out a single Hoyo de Monterrey Regalos LE 2007 that I had received in a sampler of Cuban limited editions. It sure looked good:
I had some rich and creamy tobacco flavors after I lit the cigar. I thought I was about to enjoy a great stogie and prepared myself to relax, opened the book, and then it started... I think I have never experienced such a bad burn on a cigar. A few pics:
I had to put it down in the beginning of the last third because it started to seriously piss me off.
This kind of construction is inacceptable on a limited edition...
What are your experiences with this vitola?
