I've never heard of them, but it looks pretty cool. I have a few windcaps made of steel that work well, but they aren't attached to the pipe. It's a cool idea.

These are fairly unusual and uncommon pipes, especially with the bakelite windcap. Looks to be in great condition. If you can get it at a reasonable price, I'd say go for it.

I ended up paying $23 for it which is around US$23 as we are almost dollar for dollar.
