I usually smoke my cigars _______.

This is sort of a two-part question. When do you smoke and is it hard to find the time.

I have been blessed with many things, but time to smoke isn't one of them.

I usually smoke about 5 cigars a week. I usually do not have time to smoke for 1+ hour(s). I find myself buying petite coronas and the 8-pack mini cigars so I don't have to throw away a full stick. My humi is chocked full of churchill and large torpedos awaiting a time sufficient enough to warrant lighting it.

I just turned 30 and am currently growing a family. A 6 yo son, a 13 month old daughter and a new baby boy will be here sometime in September. Joe.M. has sent me something very special to enjoy the day of his birth. Thanks again Joe. My wife stays home and mothers our children. She is very special. I don't know how she handles it all, but she does. On top of all that, she puts up with me.

Young children and a "pregnant" wife take a lot of time. The time spent is wonderful, please don't misunderstand, but it leaves little time to smoke. I try not to smoke in the house for the kids sake and when they go to bed, I don't want to go outside for a smoke because I need that time alone with my wife.

She enjoys cigars too and I can't wait 'til our 2nd son is born so we can go outside together for a puff. For now, I am forced, by my own choosing to smoke in the car when alone or when she and the kids are visiting Grandma.

I feel for you my friend! I Smoke 4- 6 a week, Mainly late at night in the hot tub. A cold Heineken a good cigar and either Led Zep or Pink Floyd on the stereo! On weekends we have a large gathering of friends that get together on Friday and Saturday night, I'm the only cigar smoker....... And the rest of them JUST DON'T GETIT! But I don't want to go there..

Whenever I can. I live alone so that makes it easier but I still have to find a block of time to do it. I work with a couple of guys that smoke (one cigars, the other a pipe and the occasional cigar). When the weather is good (not snowing and not blazing hot) we take a smoke break in the afternoon (at 4:20 ). I have enough time for a Monte Joyita or a Petit Upmann or a Demi Tasse. At home I usually smoke in the evening and I can smoke as big of a cigar as I want depending on how much time I have.

I live with my fiance down here in Sunny orlando where it's summer all year long. She enjoys the smell of a ceegar but I still smoke outside not to smoke out the house. I usually smoke what ever catches my eye after work. Then on the weekends, I like one with my morning coffee and whenever the time arises that i feel like firing one up.

I had to give this one some thought...

I smoke 5-7 cigars a week, but typicaly 3-4 of those will be on Saturday at the golf club where we (styx&stoned and I) typically have the place to ourselves after 9:00 pm. I often have a chance to sneak a small one in at the ball field with the kids - my favorite lately has been AF short story or a RB La Penna X. Maybe another smoke following a stressful day - typically on the porch watching the kids play or the sun set - typically with a little :lookup: Bombay Saphire

Then there is the occasional smoke at lunch during a visit to a local shop...

These numbers tend to drop off a bit during the winter (Ohio) as although my wife enjoys a cigar occasionally as well (and will also 'sample' what I might be smoking :angry: ) I try to keep them out of the house.

Nothing like a little get away with the wife to a smoke freindly B&B or cabin for a day to catch up on a few too! I typically pack a few while traveling as well, but finding smoke freindly spots to enjoy them is getting tougher :sneaky:

I know exactly how you feel with 3 kids under 10 (10, 9, and 6) planning the time to sit down and relax is always tough. I am an early riser so 6 am on the weekends with a cup of coffee and the paper for an hour or so is generally my time or like Joey M. late in the evening after the troops are in bed I can get out for a quick smoke

WARNING Ya need to be careful though after a long day at work and time with the kiddies late night smokes can be very dangerous resulting in burn holes in the shirt from dads dozin and letting that cigar slip can be a commen hazard if your not careful :0

The bulk of my smoking is done at the golf course. I sometimes like to go on my porch with a nice cup of coffee or a nice glass of port. On those occassions I usually have something small. My favorite in that situation is a PAM principe. The other day I had a Boli PC that emo sent me that was absolutely incredible. I have one more from Joe then I have to go hunting for more.

I'm teaching summer school right now so I get out at 11:15 so I've had time to go down to this monstrous cigar shop we have and just hang out, with a cigar of course.

i work in a warehouse and am the only one here at 5am. so i have one every morning with my coffee. some afternoons if it's not busy i go outside and burn another. and then on the weekends whenever i'm going to spend any length of time outside i have a gar.

that's why i stock up on the cheapie bundles. with not being allowed overtime right now they fit in my budget and if i drop one in the dirt or on the nasty warehouse floor so what.

my other time to smoke is friday afternoons on my 3 hr trip to get my kids. that's when i smoke something good.
and then on the trip back on sun after i drop them off. peace and quiet and no one complaining about the smoke.

i voted for weekend but that is not entirely correct...i have a cigar every day that i dont work.with 22 years for the same oil company it ends up being more like 150 cigars per year.wish i had more days off.
