Hey Cigarsarge..........just wondering if I'm correct in the meaning in your title. We played in a softball tourney this past weekend and the team that beat us, they were named BOHICA. Nobody on the team could tell me what it meant. Does it mean : Bend Over Here It Comes Again?

Teach your children well and you won't have to worry about what they think of these types of things.

IMHO, raising a child is a race. You're racing against pop culture. They are trying to influence your child and you should be trying to beat them to the punch.

I know I won't win every race...but I'm damn sure going to win the series! Mind you, this is a very proactive stance. I suppose you could try the old "if you don't like it, don't let them have it," route, but kids love to seek out that which they can not have. At least I did :)

Personally I don't know a little girl that would want that as a toy. That's far away from barbie if you ask me.
 
Actually, it's an attempt to bring more girls into the "Action Figure" market. The sales will go way up (among boys, girls, men, and women) after everyone has seen the movie.

You know what I wonder? What kind of royalties is H.B. getting for this action figure?
