And good for you on the choice of neighbors! LOL... funny thing about yards. We spend hundreds of dollars on watering, weeding, liming and fertilizing the damn things- then we bitch about having to mow them!! I threaten every year to pave our entire lot and paint it green - the wife says it's not officially summer until I state that very threat :laugh:

Congrats on the new house Tommy. As far as the yard goes, hire a kid from the neighborhood or a lawn service for the first year.
