Hey all,

I'm in Europe for a month. What have been the best LCDHs you've been to?
I'll be in Portugal, Germany, through Switzerland to Italy for the Mille Miglia then to an undetermined location, maybe Croatia or Hungary.

I'll be in Porto in 5 days and will definitely check it out there.

Wow! Sounds like a blast. I've been to Sisimbro in Naples, Italy which is a family-owned, LCDH affiliate. I still follow the shop on all the social media and have used their online shop for a few pipe purchases since. They do not sell Habanos online though.

Spain has the cheapest taxes, but that may have changed recently. Although I never experienced it, I have heard of some questionable product in Spain at LCDH before, which was shocking to me--until it happened to me at the one in Aruba that 100% had fake Cohiba's --all of them.

Germany is also very cheap, and is definitely not tampered with. Do not plan to buy in Switzerland $$$$$. There is an LCDH in most major towns in Germany. I have been to the Nuremberg one many times. Munich's is pretty new. I really like visiting Herr Meyer at Pfeifen Huber in Munich, which is near Marienplatz (Glockenspiel) and roughly two very short blocks from Hofbrauhaus as well as one of the great Augustiner beer restaurants. If it was me, I would buy my boxes to bring back in Germany.

Budapest is awesome, I don't recall cigar prices though.

If you need a suggestions for Paris, Brussels or Amsterdam, just let me know.

If you like crazy expensive cigars check out LCDH Porto. No singles, only boxes. A very good selection of stuff packed into a pretty small humidor. Tons of Cohiba, ELs and other multi banded.
The cigars in the photos were over 2k euro for 10 in the box.
I attempted a purchase but thankfully my cc was flagged as fraud, phone wasn't working and saved myself $2.4k.
Won't be back unless grateful1 begs me.
Hoping for singles and a better price in Germany!
