I tried those when I was first starting out.

Draw: Too firm, almost as if it were plugged
Taste: Excessively sweet and unidimensional
Burn: Uneven, continually had to relight
Ash: Very moist and drippy, fell off as it burned
 
I used to buy those all the time for my kids. I remember when my dad bought them for me when I was a kid. They are without a doubt the best bubble gum cigars on the market.
 
I'm still contemplating the whole cello on/cello off issue, though.

They tend to crack when they dry out :p
