Lottery #14

This was brought to my attention via PM and I tried to contact ivan37 also with no luck. I am waiting to hear from the winner of Lotto 13 to see if he received his winnings from Ivan. If the winner of 13 didnt get his winnings, or I hear nothing from ivan37(posted here or Via PM) I will be forced to remove him from the Lotto. If no one objects I will be putting Fast4dr in Ivan37's spot being he ask for a second slot.


Also If there is anyone who is not in the lotto already and would like a spot please let me know. All members with two numbers, there second number is available.


You are responsible as a player to get winnings to the winner of your group. If they get lost , then you need to send another package.

If by the next Lotto you have not received your winning from somebody post it in the thread, and if at any time a player has two winners without winnings at 1200est on lotto day they will be removed. and can only rejoin after all winnings are acounted for.

This is not to be a hard ass but if you dont have the time to play and get your winnings out in a timely manner just drop out and get back in later.
 
I just want to say, not to put the pressure on Ellman, but if someone is willing to do it for the time being let's leave it at that. We have enough trouble getting all the winnings sent, imagine the chaos that would ensue if a different person ran it each time! This is the kind of operation that needs one strong voice of leadership and Ellman is showing it, just as SD_Stack did before.

No objections to the proposed course of action Ellman.

I just got word from the winner of 13 that Ivan37 did send him his winnings. I will be Leaving Ivan37 in the lotto, but if Captain B does not recieve his winnng by 1200est on the day of the next lotto Ivan will be removed, as the new rule states.

This is the rule from this point further or untill im not incharge anymore, no if and or but about it. That way I dont have to make any decisions. If the rules aren't followed it will only be your fault, and i wont have to be the "bad guy"
 
Sorry about not getting back to you guys right away. Anyone who has received packages from me knows I send 1st class with no DC to save money. I chop up a used Priority Mail box, wrap it in paper, slap some stamps on it, and throw it in a mailbox. I just assume that we are all honest people here and that if you say you didn't receive it you didn't and I can just resend. I figure resending now and then is still cheaper and a lot less time consuming than sending priority or getting DC on my packages. If this method is not alright for lottery winnings then please tell me.

Anyway, I had sent Captain B two packages. I don't understand what happened because I've had plenty of packages sent at the same times and those were all received, but he says he received neither so I told him that I would send a DC package to make up for the two. I have been extremely busy so I haven't had the chance to send it. For this I am sorry Captain and I will get a package together for you for lottos 11, 12, and now 14 with DC and post the DC#.

I LOVE it!!! I'm a craps player but in this lottery if you play the don'ts you'd win every time since the only friggin numbers that come up are one and three.

Lats time I was at the Mohegan Sun I made all my money playing don't pass and don't come since the table was so COLD, seven came up every third roll ;)
One of my license plates is "WJ777" ya like that piratelooks? My dad got this plate in 1957 and passed it to me. I have seven letters in my first, middle and last name.

Sigh... There's got to be some kind of odds that are being completely ignored here. Maybe we should all go in on some SC lottery tickets. At least we have a good idea what one of the numbers will be. :) Appropriate dog-doo on it's way to you tomorrow, Big100HD. :p If 3 comes up on next lottery, Ellman is getting a bundle of smokes from Walgreens. :D :D :D
