Measurement chart?

Does anyone here have a printable cigar measurement chart? Something that would have various circles of ring sizes and a ruler on it to measure length? Thanks.

I got a nice heavy plastic one that folds out with the various ring guages and ruler on it last summer when we stopped at J&R's. Think it cost 3 or 4 bucks. Maybe look at the website.
