Memorial Day Weekend

Well, this is my 12th straight Memorial Day to be outside the country. As I usually do, I kick back and think about all that I am missing back home, and how fortunate I am to be able to go back in a few months and enjoy the freedom the USA has to offer.

I will be doing this over the weekend, while sitting on my veranda, looking out over the Atlantic Ocean. I have a couple of cigars to fire up. . . and I might even be able to lay my hands on a little local Rum. . . . :D

Monday, a D-Backs game...(crud, can't smoke there).
 
Rained all day Saturday. Took advantage of it and went to Home Depot to pick up stuff for tomorrow.
Friends coming over tonight for drinks and cigars on the patio.
Hope every one has a fine weekend.
 
Let's see, studying, studying, oh and studying for finals.

Two exams and a trumpet jury down, two more teeth-pullers to go.

Prob. grillout w/ some friends.
We'll drink Coronas and raid my small desktop humi. for something that looks neat.
Hopefully also take a body-shot or two :p off the French T.A. before she flys home on thurs.
 
I will be in a port call far from home. Woo hoo. I'll be on the search for some quality Honduran cigars for cheap!!! I wanna say thank you to all that have served. I am proud to continue serving our glorious country. God bless our Soldiers, Sailors, and Airmen and God Bless the United States of America.

Unfortunatly I won't have a whole lot of time for any smokes. I will also have to probably pack the Humi's away on Sunday since I will be loading the truck on monday.
