Sweet score, Johnny! Have you ever tried to grow them? I'm going to inoculate some logs this year. I found a cool chart for log species vs mushroom species compatability. Looks like maple and oak are great choices.

I haven’t tried to grow them, but there are a couple places I deer hunt that would be prime areas to try!

Many climates can grow them in shade outside. Actually, even in the kitchen. Sites like North Spore sell bags of inoculated substrate. I grew blue oysters last year on top of the fridge!
