Is there anybody who doesn't? Douglas Adams is one of the great artists of literature, up there with Terry Brooks and Piers Anthony. If we're at that place where people don't know the reference, society may be doomed.

I blame public education. Too many young minds are being filled with the required readings of Samuel Clemens.
 
I feel your pain brother, my wives all thought they had the answers to everything too........oh wait.......sorry ;)
