I have not had any condensation issues. There is a drip tube that goes to the outside of the unit (in the back) in case there is condensation. I did have trouble dialing the unit in. Living in Texas I’ve found that if I remove the humidity units in the summer I stay between 65-68 RH with pretty consistent temp of 69. I put the humidity units back into the unit during the cooler months. Overall I am very happy , just took a lot of fine tuning. I leave the unit set at 69 temp and 65 RH
