New Englanders / Upstate NY check in

Well, as those of you who live in New England and Upstate NY, the weather is getting a little cooler at night and natures colors are springing up in the trees. Wondering if you can give us a leaf report, as I have found the web sites for this pretty unreliable. Other states feel free to check in as well.

RI has very little color right now, some maples are turning red, oaks have not changed a bit, expect a peak in color in approx 3 weeks or so.

huh its been a little cooler here in WI but the leaves aren't anywhere close to changing yet, which is weird because there usually all fallen by Halloween.

Some really beautiful orange colors starting to pop in Western/Northwestern, CT, but we have a ways to go yet.

Plenty to go here too. Looking down on the valley from Mt Tom (just North of Springfield) there's not much in the way of color yet, I suspect two weeks and we'll be in prime time.
I'm headed up to the central Adirondacks this weekend, where things will probably be in early swing (Indian Lake NY) I'll post some pictures.
My parents (Central VT) report some good early season color, but not quite there yet. My mom's tomato harvest is in full swing though!

That ain't why it's funny. Maple trees don't get tapped untill late winter. Fuggin' flatlander. :laugh: To everything/There is a season/And a time for every purpose, under heaven.

Last weekend wasn't bad in the Colorado mountains. This weekend should be even better. Still, its disheartening to see the havoc wreaked by the pine bark beetle. Dumbasses are bringing them back to the metro area with their firewood.

Central NH is just starting to change I would say another 2 maybe 3 weeks depending on the weather.
