New way to smoke chisel? ( With pictures!)

Yes he did punch the middle of the flat part of the chisel. It still smoked. Anyone else seen this done?

I thought I saw something similar in an ad somewhere. But the punched hole was at the end of the chisel tip.

Oh yeah. This is not at all uncommon for chisel type cigars. I have seen this and heard about this many times. Never done this before myself though.

I should clarify something though with regard to my post . . . I DID NOT see them punch through the entire chisel. The punch is done through the wrapper on both sides. There is NOT a hole through the entire chisel.

I have heard of it being punched on one side of the chisel...
Supposedly it helps focus the smoke toward your palate.
I haven't tried it personally.

Oh no, this was definitely through the whole chisel. I could have put it on my key ring!

This is how the chisel ad was done...says you are supposed to punch the chisel on top of the "Reed" head! Go at it...I hate that shape!
