Newb just saying hello

I have been reading this site for a little while now and decided it was time to register and say hello. A buddy of mine got me hooked on cigars, so now im trying to learn and taste as much as i can. Is anyone else in the Phoenix, AZ area?
 
A little more backround if anyone cares to know. I have been smoking cigars off and on for about a year now, but really picked up the habit about two months ago. Havent quite refined my pallate enough to differenciate the various undertones, but have rather enjoyed the relaxation and taste of what i think are good cigars.

Anyway, from what i have read you seem like a good buch of guys, and i look forward to taking part in the passes and trades as soon as my collection grows a bit.
 
I was an enlisted 0311, 0341,(first tour) 0812, (2nd tour) 6640, 6652 (last 7 years) and an Officer 0802, (first 4 years) 0205 and 0210 (last 11 years)
15 years enlisted, 15 as an Officer. I was an 04 when I retired.

You're a 5900 something trained at the Stumps......correct?

Enlisted as a 4066 then they changed the designation to 0656 about a year or so ago. Yes was at the stumps. Also have a secondary as a PMI.
 
Welcome to Cigar Pass!!. You might want to PM BrownDevil, he's from Mesa. Not sure if that's close, but I drive across my own state to see family. Glad you found the right place. :cool:
