Dear Members,

There are some changes being made this evening as to how CigarPass.com is operated as well as moderated.

We will be reverting back to a self-moderated forum, like we were a couple years ago when we didn't have the problems we now face. Let's please move forward to bigger and better things.

EDIT: This has been cleared up.

I also apologized to Rod for this earlier but wanted to say it publicly:

It was a bad move for me to link my site in my sig tag. The intent was not malicious. I owe him that much and appreciate Rod for being the gentlman that he is and working this out with me!

The only thing I hate to see posted is the use of strong profanity & nudity. You know the words & pics I mean. I think about some of our outstanding members wives and children that might lean over the shoulder occasionally, and I don't think it's appropriate that you should have to tell them they can't look. Plus it's just down right classless.

I also believe that certain profanity is only used when someone simply hasn't anything to say. JMO! As for bickering and a few I know you are, but what am I flame posts. And the occasional Assh*ole poll ;) . That's just boys being boys. We are going to have confrontation, it's just human nature. Not a real big deal.

Again ...JMO.

You're responsible for your own actions. If you screw up more than a couple times, you'll be asked to leave. I don't believe "adults" need people supervising them, ie moderators. If it comes to my attention that someone continually provokes another member, or cusses out another member, it will be handled by me. Make sense? I'm not here to moderate, however if I start getting emails regarding a members' poor behavior, I will take action.

It's probably a good idea to look over the board rules once in a while. I'm sure they'll change and get longer. ;)
