Farsighted with Presbyopia (the "over 40 disease"). Drugstore readers are ok, but don't take into consideration your P.D. (pupillary distance) nor does it consider if you have astigmatism or Rx imbalance between the two eyes.

Almost near the Presbyopia age!!! :0
