As for the 1926's, they are making 40,000 of them a year. They were introduced in 2002, so there are probably a bit over 100,000 of 'em out there now, with more on the way.
At the risk of quoting myself, it looks like I was wrong. According to this article, production of the 1926's will be around 150,000 a year:

"This is going to be a small production of cigars. It's supposed to be something very special." He said he hoped to slowly increase production to 150,000 cigars per year.
