I just recived this. Anyone have any info or do we all know about it and I am just dense?

Ok, my link didn't work. Still, any info? They are two new sizes, the Bullet and the Toro in both Natural and Maduro. It said they were to celebrate the 95th anniversary.

Looks like it's a special edition rolled for Arnold's tobacco shop in New York.

Link To Info at Arnold's (with which I have no affiliation, 'cept having stopped in a few times when I've been in the City)

Exactly. Is is the same blend rolled in different sizes for Arnold's (sorry should have mentioned that), or is it something different. And I agree, mild medium seems a little low on the scale unless this is rolled with something different.

The link to Arnold's says they're "blended from their most popular line, the 1964 Anniversary line."

Sounds like the regular Anniversary blend in a new size.

Hmm. The Bullet could be interpreted as the Torpedo but with a half inch cut from the foot whereas the Toro Extra is just the Imperiales with an extra half inch of length.

Is this novelty worth the extra $0.80 or $1.40 per stick?

Wilkey

Not to me, I don't like the 1964s, now if they were based on the 1926s....

Perhaps if I were going to buy one or two cigars, it might be. But that's unlikely, as I'm not a big fan of PAM/PANs. Were I buying a box, the approxiamtely $25/box premium certainly wouldn't be worth it. To me.

Does anyone get the feeling that Arnold's isn't trying too hard to market these via the internet? I'd include a picture of them if I were trying to generate sales...

There were pics in the email they sent me. I wouldn't pay that even though I do like the 64's. The 1926 #6 and #9's are the only one in the line I am willing to pay for regularly. Does Padron make any other specials for any other retailers online or off?

Here's the original ad from NFulton:

The Padron Toro Extras look like a *fantastic* size... the Bullets look like little versions of the Torpedo.
