I was wondering what some of you thought of the Perdomo Habano line?
My local B&M decided to start carrying the line recently, and the owner gave me a Maduro to try. He said he was impressed, and I was curious because he does not usually have much positive to say about Perdomo.

I'm not a big fan of the Perdomo brand myself, usually finding it lacking in flavor and complexity (Belong to the latter of the love em , or hate em club).

I must say that I was pretty pleased with the Maduro I smoked the other night, even if it did show it's youth the last third.

I'm now smoking a Corojo, and I think it's a really nice one as well. Especially for the price point.

I guess the Conn. is going to have to be given a whirl also.

Anyone else like these, or am I all alone here?

Perdomo Habano Corojos and Maduros, along with the Lot 23's are some of our TOP sellers. Once people have that Corojo, as you said, with the low price point, they buy them all the time consistently.

Personally, there are only 3 perdomo cigars I really enjoy, and am confident in reccomending to friends/ customers. The Habano Corojo is definitely among them. The Champagne is as well. Starts off very...well...intresting. But, it grows on you and turns in to a awesome smoke.

You are not alone.

I too enjoy the corojo habanos. :) They are some tasty cheap smokes. Also the only perdomo I currently will smoke!

Yes, a lot of folks turn these into a "regular smoke," for the reasons you mentioned, Jake.

No doubt, a great value.

Since my original post was deleted by some data base conspiracy and I left my tin foil hat at home I'll repeat.

Corojo = I like enough to have a box.

Conn. = Tasty, but filler/binder over power wrapper.

Maduro = I'm not a big maduro fan no matter who makes them so try this one yourself. It didn't do much for me.

 I'm glad it's not just me. I saw just four post and thought, "WTF, I thought there were more post in that thread."

You guys did see Rod's post in the Lobby about the DB didn't you? If not, it explains the problem. :)

I've not had these, but my results with anything Perdomo have been poor. I may have to try these if they're as good as I keep hearing.

Yeah I had read it.... but it was all a data base conspiracy. Just like that "flying pig" in California. It was really a alien space craft designed to look like a flying pig and not some hot air ballon from a concert.
