what game were you watching and how much alcohol did you have?

The Eagles offense was handled the whole game except for the late screen pass to Westbrook. Philly until the very end never had a comfortable lead and the game was still very much in question until the last score.

Hardly a domination. The better team won, I'll admit that, but there was no domination.

For as good as Philly's D is playing their lack of run game will be their down fall. Our best run defender didn't even play and Philly couldn't run the ball. If they play a team who's coach can actually make an in-game adjustment (as Chilly clearly is incapable of doing) Philly will get beat. Will it be this wk-end?
If I was a betting man, my $$$ would be on the G-Men.

I agree somewhat with this post as it was far from a rollover of the Vikings.....the turning point was not Westbrook but the pick 6 by Samuels. The Philly offense will have their hands full come next week...........but I'll be pulling for them against the G-Men (biased I guess).

After the pick 6 the Vikings marched right back down the field and scored and were only behind by 2 until the late score by Westbrook!

The difference in the game wasn't between the lines. The real difference was who was standing on the respective sidelines! Chilldress has demonstrated all year (actually his entire tenure so far in Minny) his lack of ability to adjust in-game. He does not make any adjustment at half time. Or if he is they are not working. Several times this season the Vikings were ahead or real close at half only to come out after half time and do absolutely nothing. We have a very talented team, with some of the worst coaches (defensive coaches aside) in the league IMO.

agreed. but to state that the Eagles 'rolled' the Vikings is misrepresenting what actually transpired.

You'll get no argument from me as it was a good match-up from the get go. Mistakes were made on both sides of the ball for both teams.
 
The Vikings were saved by converting a handful of 3rd and longs.
Game would have been a 20pt whooping if we could score touchdowns instead of settling for 3.
Either way it was a great game.
Eagles.... Superbowl or bust. :)
 
Nothing would piss me off more than to see both the Eagles and Phils take championships this year. Let's go Giants!

To say the Vikings were saved a 20 pt beating by converting on 3rd downs is some seriously flawed logic. This isn't the CFL, good teams convert on 3rd downs, it's how the game works.
