Michael, I just wanted to say you've handled this well, and well done. It could have easily have been done differently. I get the impression from a few chat room sessions with this guy (I'm the Jim previously mentioned! :laugh: ) that he's rather thin skinned and I believe my comment to someone was he's a meltdown waiting to happen. Seems like I was correct!

With that chat session log Phil posted, I'd say good riddance - true vet or not, he has NOT handled this well and is not the calibre of member we want here.

There should be no doubt that this fellow is not what he says he is. There is no way that a Marine with two weeks active duty, let alone a retired gunny, wouldn't know what a Corpsman was. I can assure you that by two weeks some memorable, invasive procedure was preformed on said Jarhead by a Doc.

Well I just checked my pm's and received a very nasty PM from our friend. I simply pmed him and made him aware of the thread and he resorted to name calling and threats. Vanilla Gorilla, I think your time is limited...

The PM I got also contained threats. I do beleive the time has come for MightyWhitey/Excalibur/Vanilla Gorilla to make like a tree and get the fuck out.
 
MightyWhitey and Excalibur are the same person. Excalibur was banned back in 2005, also claimed to be part of the "corp" as well.

MightyWhitey has been banned.
