Long story short:
I wanted to pick up a few singles for a buddy who has been very kind to me. The local can't supply everything he wants and in my medical condition, I can't travel far or often.
Lo and behold, I find this site, which is new to me.
Prices are a bit high, but they seem to have everything my friend wants. I'm set to pull the trigger, until I scroll down to the bottom of the above-referenced page--and notice the address, which is instantly familiar (it's CI and Cbid).
I could fill a book (really!) describing my misadventures with these jokers. Out of five orders, they've screwed up four (and I have the screenshots and correspondence to prove it), leading to a couple of interesting conversations with the PA State Atty. General's Office and my standing offer to CI/Cbid to post my stories to every Cigar BB on the Net. Well, I may be slow-witted, but even a cement-head like me gets the message eventually. No more business from me--zero.
Sorry for the rant. Here's my question: Is cigar.com (as common sense would indicate) yet another withered arm of the CI/Cbid machine? Or am I missing something?
Any advice would be truly and greatly appreciated.
Thanks for reading,
Steve Duca
