Unfortunately, BMOC is indicative of the general state of education in America. They can't spell or punctuate, and seem incapable of capitalizing where necessary. Pretty pathetic IMHO !!

Simple grammar, syntax, punctuation, proper abbreviation, proper use & punctuation of contractions, isn't that all taught in the 1st through 6th grades?
