Delivery of free USPS Priority Mail boxes can take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. If these weren't ordered weeks ago, you are better off stopping by the largest USPS office in your area and picking up whatever the smallest size they have available - use packing peanuts if they only have the big boxes - or biting the bullet and purchasing small shipping boxes at an office supply store.

it said 7-10 days...I ordered them last week...did they lie to me?
 
No guarantees - my experience is they don't rush to fulfill the orders for free boxes - and your local delivery system may delay their delivery depending on the current work load in your area. I surely wouldn't delay shipping out these cigars hoping the free USPS boxes arrive in the online estimated period !
