Refilling a PB-207 w/o a clear bottom?

I just recently purchased a PB-207 and had a question that I havent found by searching. The PB-207 I have is the blue metallic and the clear fuel indicator on the bottom has been painted over. I havent filled it yet, but when I do will I be able to tell that it is full fairly easily? Will over-filling it have any adverse effects?

I don't have one of those but if I had that problem I would chip some of that annoying paint off....Just my .02

When it's full, the excess fuel will spill out and freeze your fingers. You'll know.

That's the most reliable method. I have a clear-bottomed PB-207 and that is the way I tell.

Make sure you flip it upside down when filling.
