This fun little project started as a $15 antique store find and took more effort than any previous restoration I’ve done. This pipe was extremely used and long forgotten. The stem was deoxidized, sanded and buffed. The stummel went through multiple salt/alcohol baths and about a million pipe cleaners. Finished it off with buffing with carnauba wax to shine it up. Not quite sure how old it is but I’m excited to bring this one back into service.
