And Bush waited to DAMN long to get into the war. Two days after 9/11 he says we are at war, and then a year and half later, we finally send in the troops.
Now now if you will go back and really check your history you will find out we acted much quicker than that to the trade center bombings, iraq wasnt the begining of the war afghanistan was.He didnt go into iraq until he had to jump through all the hoops the liberals made him jump through.But I do agree we waited much too long, he should have immediately attacked Saddam when he fired the first missle at one of our planes,,,oh wait that was under the Clinton administration,nevermind,Well we shouldnt have ever let Saddam off the hook in 91 if you ask me, so yes we waited much too long.
I just think that when a city is under 20 feet of water, it's time for the government to step in.
Yes I think the local gov should step in, if they cant handle it the state next, if they cant handle it then the national gov,Wait.....that is the way it played out.There is absolutely no fault to be thrown at anyone, it has gone the way it is supposed to. Nobody could expect what has happened, it is a terrible circumstance and people are hurting now and it helps NOBODY to hurl accusations especially at our president when he is facing many many situations that he never would have expected (and to me very admirably).I am sure he responded immediatly when he was asked for help.Try putting yourself in his shoes before you accuse him of something just because you dont like him. That is just my opinion.
