I saw these earlier this week on Holts' website when I ordered my Carlito's Way sampler. (It was my first visit to Holts)

I am a big fan of this vitola in other brands and blends and was wondering if anyone had any experience with these.

I like the robustos and PCs in this line, but a new vitola would be interesting if it's any good!

I picked up a few the other day. Smoked one, and enjoyed it immensely. It was the perfect size for the cold weather, and had that RP taste I like. Not quite as strong as the Short Story. I plan on picking up a box....

It was a 1992.

Got one a few weeks back, for the winter. Probably try it when I get over this cold. Seems a nice size for cold weather, curious if they can get all that flavor in the shorter vitola though.

That's my main concern.

I guess I'll have to pick some up and judge for myself. Are these exclusive to Holts?

These are not exclusive to Holt's.
I have seen them in a few B & M s.
