get this product...i was a chronic sinus infection sufferer (i had 9 of them in one year a few years ago, and used to get 4-5/yr on a regular basis)
sin-u-clense, available at CVS or major drug store chains. it is a special "pot" that you put a saline solution into, and you flush your sinus cavities. it has worked for me, as i have been sinus infection free for over a year.

This has been a particularly bad year for me for sinus problems as well. Must be the crazy Delaware air.

Sorry to hear this man. I have had a number of problems with my sinuses this year as well. Damn ragweed!
Had one of these a few weeks back. Did not smoke for almost 3 weeks. Just a little advice do not start back on the stogie wagon with a Pepin Gacia Serie JJ belicoso. Man that kick my #$%, turned white and started to sweat from the super nicotine. Good smoke though.
