So what's everyone's recipe for T-day?

we had 2 20# turkeys- one roasted and one deep fried- both injected with tons of garlic butter and other spices- veeeeeeery good, both of them. And the best part- we actually got to sit down and enjoy them without the bells going off for a call!

more potatos, stuffing and pies than you could shake a fork at... a memorable day for all.
