Ok guys
Basic rules (some of my own/some taken from other passes ( mostly from Greg's pass - Thanks Buddy )
1) Most important rule is I want this to be an enjoyable experience and for everyone to have fun !!!!
2) When you receive the pass, please do an inventory and make sure everything is there and numbered correctly. Post any needed corrections to this thread. I will be including an inventory sheet in the package but we might as well keep it updated on this thread as well.
3) Please inspect the box and packaging materials. Feel free to change out the box if it gets beat up. I'm using a large flat rate box to make shipping fair for everyone and conveniently these are FREE to get from the USPS. Feel free to add bubble wrap/packaging material, cigar bags as you see fit.
4) I have all the cigars in the 5 finger bags ( except the Culebras coffin) and in separate Systema containers CC/NC. All the cigars are numbered as shown in the thread below so I think it would be best to simply reuse the number keeping the 5 finger bags intact. The taken stick will be crossed out and replaced with the new cigar. Extra 5 finger bags are also included.

5) Put & Takes's (P/Ts) should be: A) value for value, B) ISOM for ISOM, C) NC for NC, D) Premium for Premium E) rarity for rarity
6) I know that there were times where I was a part of a pass and I wanted to try a certain cigar but I felt that I did not have something of same rarity/premium per se to replace one for one so I want to have a 1 cigar per person exception where you can take something you really want and replace it with 2 cigars that you feel are adequate enough when taken together to replace what you took. Still has to be NC for NC or CC for CC. Just an example of what I mean. Say some one wants an OPUS X and feels that the only way to make it even based on what they have is to place 1 ASHTON ESG and 1 PADRON 1964.
7) Please post your proposed P&T's in the forum prior to the pass arriving to you. This will keep things moving at a good pace. if you are not sure about the trade just ask in private or for people to comment in this thread. This should be a friendly pass so lets help each other out
8) Please notify next person in line via a post in this thread prior to shipping to confirm they are ready to receive the pass.
9). Ship the package via USPS flat rate. Post DC # in the thread when you have it and also make sure you PM it to the next recipient.
10) SEE RULE NO 1 !!!!!

If someone is not ready based on the order or things come up just let us know and this can always be rerouted
