Afternoon all! Just wanted to say hi to everyone. It's been quite some time since I've been on(much longer than I ever thought possible without serious withdrawals!) and damn if I didn't miss you guys! Just wanted to let everyone know that I'm still kickin'(and actually feelin' better than I have in years)and all is well with the family. I decided to make some pretty significant lifestyle changes towards the end of the summer that lead to a longer than expected respite from CP. I won't even ask what I've missed!

Just checked my pm's and wanted to thank all the botl's who hit me up to see how everything was going. Your concern is more appreciated than you know and I'll get back to you all shortly. Special thanks to Gary and Mike for reaching out to me as well. Hopefully we'll be able to get some of the local crew together for a few smokes before the holidays.

So...... what'd I miss? :sign:

Thanks a mil guys, much appreciated. Everything is going well. Just getting ready for the holidays. My daughter's b'day actually falls on Thanksgivng Day this year so we're also getting ready for her princess bash this weekend.

I'm still smoking Khari. Not as much as I used to but I still get in a few a week. Besides just not having the time, two of the changes I made were dietary and a 5-6 day/week workout program. I never intended to cut back on the 'gars, it just kind of happened by default. Besides, winter in Jersey isn't exactly conducive to smoking.
