2. Average shipping time for habanos from either Spain, or Swiss is.......

If one were inclined to order something from Spain or elsewhere, I would estimate the average wait to be about 7-10 days. That's how long it usually takes my Swiss chocolate and Spanish rice to get here. On average.

Uhhhh, there is no such thing as a "PAM 1926"

Padron Anniversary which used to be called Padron Aniversario refer ONLY to the 1964 line.

A PAM means a Padron Anniversary 1964 maduro.

A 1926 is called a "Padron 1926" these ARE NOT "PAM 1926". This is a common mistake (and one I've probably made in the past) but the fact is it's wrong.

Padron 1926 come in four sizes and in both natural and maduro:
#1 - 6 3/4" x 52
#2 - 5 1/2" x 53 (Belicoso)
#6 - 4 3/4" x 50
#9 - 5 1/4" x 56

The Padron Anniversary 1964 or PAMs or PANs come in many sizes and are NAMED rather than numbered. I think that all sizes come in natual (PAN) and maduro (PAM) but I don't know as much (or care :D ) about the 1964 line as I know about the 1926. Here are some examples:

Corona - 6" x 42
Diplomatico - 7" x 50
Exclusivo - 5 1/2" x 50
Imperial - 6" x 54
Monarca - 6 1/2" x 46
Principe - 4 1/2" x 46
Pyramide - 6 7/8" x 52 (Torpedo)
Superior - 6 1/2" x 42
Torpedo - 6" x 52

There may be others that I don't know about or discontinued models.

I prefer the Padron 1926 maduro line over the PAM and I don't like any of them with a natural wrapper.

check the link in miles post on the first page .....A sizes in samplers only.

sorry abot the refrence to pam 26 my mistake. and I KNOW better :(

My personal fav is the PAM Torp. But honestly I'm a PAM whore, I like them all.

All you guys are good man I have seen more cigars i have never seen before on just this thread alone to make me broke. WOW But what the hell I gotta try some of them. Thank you to the info guys and the links

Uhhh.... The PAM and PAN refer to the Padron Anniverary Maduro and Natural (1964) and is hard to find.

The 1926 is a different cigar altogether, and is equally hard to find at the PAM and PAN...

And the Padron 40th anniversary is yet another cigar that is much more rare than the 1926 line...

I have found that SeriousCigars.com usually has a pretty good selection of PANs and PAMs available. Ron doesn't jack the price up either. If you watch the web site closely or give Ron a call, you can probably pick up some 26s also. He seems to get 1 box of the 40th anni 26s about once a month. My favorites are the PAM Diplomatico and the 26 maduro #1.

Lots of good newbee info in the links under "Community" on the home page. I printed out the list of all those f'in abreviations...it's like having a cheat sheet in high school Spanish class all over again. :whistling:

Padron Serie 1926's are NOT PAM's nor PAN's. The PA is Padron Anniversary. The 26 does not fall under the anniversary line, it is a separate line, the Padron Serie 1926.

PAM's and PAN's are Padron Anniversaries which are the 1964's.

yes indeed. but the padron 40th anniversary cigar is a '26

You're right, but it still isn't a PAM or a PAN. It's a 26.

In summary of this thread:

PAM = Padron Anniversario 1964 MADURO
PAN = Padron Anniversario 1964 NATURAL

And then there are the Padron 1926 Series (#1, #2, #6, #9, 40th Anniversary) all in both natural and maduro.

:p

As far as prices go I was going to order a few PAMS from this company. If anyone has done business with them before let me know how it went.
Mom's Cigar

Thanks - Rich

What is with marking up for maduros? My shop sells PANs & PAMs for the SAME price.

I just wonder what they actually have in stock. From my experience, alot of these websites will list everything, even though they may not actually have them in stock.

..........and I always thought PAM was the women next door, how stoopid can I be LMAO

i know that padron charges a little more for maduros. we use straight keystone pricing so our maduros are about .25-.50 higher.

you could price them the same i guess. just alittle smaller profit margin on maduros.

I am preparing an order for Robaina Vegas. Can someone give me a couple ideas which one they prefer over the other.

Need to fill my Humi :whistling:
