Heard on the news the other day, that the drought is so bad down there, that Foster's is cutting back on production. What will you do?

thats an estuary prawn......... delicious and HUGE...... I used to catch them with cut out nylon stockings stuffed with burly...... the claws get all caught and snagged in the nylon stocking and you just reel them in....that pic makes me hungry

Down here we call them Fresh Water Scampi.
I was waiting for someone to give me the correct name for them. They are delicious, sweet and creamy, one of my favourites.
