Love this Gary, one of my pet peeves is when "do-do" is used.

#14 - You understand the difference between there, their, and they're and use the appropriate word.
#15 - You don't use "prolly" in substitution for "probably".  
#16 - You know what the red squiggly lines underneath words mean.
#17 - You do what you say you are going to do, and do it when you committed to doing it.  Else you communicate clearly and early.
#18 - You would never, never, never leave a brother hanging.

Doc, it's hard to tell, did you use a space after your commas or not?  You're membership status depends upon your answer.
 
I would also add:
 - You cringe when you hear the phrase "PIN number"
 - You know when to use "well" and when to use "good"

I am in total disagreement with this one. If you look in Webster's New Revised Southern dictionary, prolly is the correct spelling and pronunciation of that other word you used.
