I think that is what I appreciate about him. He can develop young talent which is something that I don't believe the current staff has done.
He after all helped develop Eli and Peyton, now look at them.
BTW, I would take Mike Shula in a heartbeat. He is passionate about his team.

I am excited about it. I think he was the backbone of our Peyton years and the '98 championship with Tee Martin. He is first class. I wish he was the head coach. Hell now Bama and UT fans can agree on one thing-- Exit stage left for Fulmer.
