Well, my Turkey Day started off a bit rough, and managed to turn into complete chaos for a few hours. Everything was going pretty well until the first of my guests arrived...my 4 year old daughter came running from her bedroom in excitement...she tripped over the area rug in the living room at full speed and did a face plant into the corner of our coffee table...I was about ready to pass out from all the blood :0 . My wife came out of nowhere and scopped her up, and before I could blink she was out the door with her on the way to the ER 
. So, I am standing there with what seems like millions of people arriving by the minute, and my daughter on the way to the hospital. I was a complete wreck.
About 1 1/2 hours later my wife comes back with the little one, one CT scan and 5 stitches later she was doing much better. She thankfully did not have a concussion, and two deep but small cuts that should not scar too bad. :thumbs:
The rest of the evening went fairly well, and my 4 year old had a story to tell everyone that had missed the excitement.
