By now most know I've been having a pretty crappy past few months that was punctuated by my wife losing her job aroung the first of last month and the getting turned down for unemployment that would have bridged the financial gap. It's caused me a great bit of stress and I ended up dropping out of group buys and passes because I didn't want to spend extra money in a time when it needed to be saved. I really felt bad about dropping out of the passes because I had committed to guys that offered invitations to me to join. I guess what I'm getting at is how this community has helped and uplifted one of their own in a trying time. I've gotten phone calls, e-mails, pm's, a bomb or two, and it really makes me appreciate the people that have went out of their way to do things like this for me from the newest newbs to guys that have been here quite a while.
I've only been here a year and it still amazes me how people you've never met face to face go out of their way to try to bring someone a little happiness when they need it the most. I had never been a part of an internet forum before I joined CP but it didn't take long for me to realize that this wasn't just a forum, it's a living, breathing, community with some of the greatest people I can say I've had the pleasure to get to know. Thanks to all of you.

BTW, my wife got a new job starting next week that actually pays more so things look good!
