Sir, the sticks arrived today in perfect condition, along with two awesome tag alongs. This was way beyond. I really like the unique packaging, I'll be sure to use that while smoking that Illusione. Great design!!!

As far as I've seen, the ELs will have a second band underneath the maker's band that says" Edicion Limitada" with the year underneath or next to it. Some of the first EL's like the Monte Cristo's from 2001 I believe, don't have the year listed, just the Edicion Limitada band underneath the Monte band.
The regional release bands (R.E.), have a second band that says "Exclusivo (country name)"
An example of this is the Por Larranaga German release "Exclusivo Germania".

Actually I didn't know that. I have a an EL from 2006 and never really did a whole lot of research on the older ones. :blush: I guess I just read it as Partagas Serie Connaisseur No.3,

So I am going to PM Andy, and see if he is still game, as he was the first to respond. Really feel bad about holding this up guys.
