The 'I'm home and need some fun' Pass

Thanks guys. It is actually neck and back injuries that I sustained in the wreck I had on the 4th of July. I have been in therapy since then and my Dr. discontinued therapy because it isn't helping, and ordered MRIs and Myelograms etc.... and if he sees what he is expecting to see they may want to start cuttin'. Since I have been there 3 times before, it really is nothing new, it is just that the rehab is long and painful, at least it has been in the past.

However, LuckyDawg will be getting the pass if I am out of pocket and will be sure and make some P&T for me and pass it on.

Likely as not, I will still be undergoing testing when it gets here so it should not effect this pass at all.

Your a braver man that I PB. They wanted to cut on my neck 3 years ago and I wouldn't let them. I have learned to live with the problems. Good luck and pain free nights to ya.

Boy - I have never seen so many people loose emails - phone numbers and basic information... I have beeen in Atlant for 2 weeks but I have not revieved an email or even a message on CP system....

Dude -- I never got either of your CP messages.

A snail-mail I sent you (thank you card for being in my 1st pass) came back "addressee unknown)

2 e-mails I sent you went unanswered.

I called 411 and asked for a phone # for you (worked when you were in my 1st pass), they said "never heard of the guy."

I tried hard -- I really did.

I'll try another e-mail to the (different) e-mail you posted, here -- we'll work you back into the pass.

I'm taking my camera to my cigar shop tomorrow and we are going to do a pic to send to Cigar Aficionado. Don't know if it will get put in, but I'll let you all know if it does.

Delivery Change Request Instructions

1. Select "Track" from the Toolbar on the www.ups.com homepage.
2. Enter a UPS InfoNotice Number in the Tracking Number field.
3. Select the "Track" button below the New Tracking Numbers input fields.
4. Select the "Detail" button on the Tracking Summary page.
5. Select the "Delivery Change Request" button on the Tracking Detail page.
6. Select a Change Delivery option and complete the associated form.

I tried to do this, but even after I signed in to MyUPS it still wouldn't let me change it, I suspect it is because the address I signed up with did not match the sending address. So that means that only you can do it Pepe
 
I left the UPS pickup ticket in the office. The address is on it. I used the exact addy that was on the pass list. Double checked it.
I will go to the office over the weekend and email PB with the address UPS will be delivering the box to.
 
No No Pepe, the address you had was surely a good address, the rub is that it needed to skip him because we have not been able to contact him. Tony, if you will get the address to me, I will go see if I can contact him in person :0
